This is the first live call of The Self Healing Academy Membership Program.
In this call Ruth Lera will present the concept of vibration and how it is related to our own lives and health in very practical terms.
As well, Ruth will lead participants in a guided meditation that will give everyone a chance to feel the visceral sensation of having a raised vibration, as well as providing direct healing for immediate issues that are in need of a raised vibration.
Ruth will also answer questions from participants on the topic of vibration, and present ways to bring this self-healing technique into everyday life.
