I like to say that when it comes to meditating a little goes a long way.

It is amazing how even just 5 minutes a day of meditating can completely start to re-wire our brains and make significant changes to how we experience and interact with the world.

The start of a new year is a fantastic time to commit or re-commit to a meditation practice.

That is why I have a whole bunch of meditation opportunities available for all of you.

Now below I am about to list all of my in person courses and workshops, but of course, most of you don’t live where I live so these aren’t options. This is why I am offering 50% my online Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course.

Let me say a few words about this online course.

Firstly, it is challenging. It isn’t something you just read through, it is something you do. This course asks you to carve out time in your life on a daily and weekly basis and to really delve into the practice of meditation.

Secondly, yes, it is a challenge but you won’t be alone. I have the course all laid out for you in a very easy and accessible manner and there is a discussion forum and I will be right with you answering all of your questions and responding to your comments.

Thirdly, all the changes you are looking for in your life are on the other side of starting a meditation practice. Sit down, follow your breath, engage less with your mind and the results will come to you. I promise.

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This is my original six week course that takes participants from having no experience meditating to being able to meditate on their own at home. It is a transformational experience and I really hope you will join me on Wednesday evenings.

Intermediate Meditation

This course is for people more experienced with meditating. We will do a different guided practice each week for the first hour and then a full 45 minutes of silent practice for the second hour. It is so beautiful to practice this deeply together!
