Our energetic systems are resilient, vibrant, impermanent and profound.
What is happening in our external world is a reflection of what is happening in our energetic systems.
And what is happening in our energetic systems is what is happening in our world.
If we feel stuck in life, it means our energy system is clogged up- it is that simple, and truthfully having someone else clear out our energetic system is not a realistic solution to keeping our energetic system clear and flowing.
Each of us needs to learn this essential skill of clearing the old out of our chakras, bodies and energy field- so we can continue to feel like healthy, vibrant people in our daily lives.
This is truly the best way we can care for our energetic health, which affects all areas of our lives.
The skill of clearing out our own energy is very simple. It doesn’t take learning any fancy new language or even how to meditate. It just takes a willingness to calm down, tune into our energy and set the intention for anything that is not serving us to leave our systems.
And it takes practice.
For the entire month of October this is what we will do in The Self Healing Academy Membership Program.
